If the service is purchased online, the company is not responsible if the payment is not made to the holding company LLD. The service details should be clarified by both the client and the partner.
If the holding company acts as an intermediary between the client and the partner, the client must pay the full service/product fee first. The payment will be transferred to the partner after the client confirms the service/product delivery (the holding company will charge the partner a 5% fee, which will decrease if the payment exceeds $32,500).
In the event of a dispute between the partner and the client, an investigation will be opened, and both parties must provide evidence. The holding company will act as a neutral party, and a 15% fee will be imposed on either the client or the partner. If the dispute involves more than $650,000, the fee will be reduced.
The holding company does not intervene in any dispute unless the full service/sales payment has been received from the client.
The holding company does not accept partial payments; full payment must be made.
